Fees

Our fees are not Medicare rebateable, and have been priced accordingly. Payment is made via bank transfer 48 hours prior to your appointment, and bank details are sent once your appointment booking has been accepted.

Individual sessions for 1 hour – $140

Small group (max 6) of 8 weekly sessions – $790

Cancellation policy

Session times are in high demand. We therefore require at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule, so that the appointment can be offered to another client. As the practice is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, they are not included in the cancellation notice period. For example, if your appointment is on Tuesday at 3:00 pm, you would need to cancel before 3:00 pm on Thursday to avoid a cancellation fee, as Saturday and Sunday do not count toward the 48-hour notice period.

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee applies.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of $70 will be charged.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: The full session fee will be charged.
